#freethejoy with Cadburys and win tickets to Cadbury World

Sorry, this giveaway has now closed.

New Marvellous Mix-Ups from Cadbury combine delicious Cadbury chocolate favourites with a variety of different sweets and treats. I was sent a few bags to try - Marvellous Mix-Ups with Oreo (with Dairy Milk Pebbles, white and milk chocolate buttons and mini Oreo biscuits) and Marvellous Mix-Ups with Maynards (containing caramel nibbles, fudge pieces and fruit jellies).

Cadbury Mix-Ups review

Although a big fan of Cadbury chocolate these products were new to me. I loved that each packet contained such a variety, and the flavours all complemented each other really well. The mini Oreos in particular were delicious!

I was asked to create something unique with my Mix-Ups with the family. Noticing that the Fudge Dream pieces resembled bricks, and inspired by my success at gingerbread houses in the past, I thought that I'd attempt a chocolate house. So here it is!

How to make a chocolate house

It is all stuck together very firmly, and I'm particularly proud of my roof made from mini Oreos and the windows and door created with Maynards jellies. I have to say that it didn't last long!

I have a family pass to Cadbury World to give away to one of my readers (see full details below) and I'd love to know what you would do if you were asked to create something with the Cadbury Mix-Ups? Would you lay them out to create an image or a pattern, or can you come up with a fun model or sculpture idea? Tell me about it (you only need to be brief!) in a comment on this blog post!

Additional entries are also available as per the Rafflecopter form below, please see the terms and conditions at the bottom of this post.

Finally here are a few behind the scenes pics giving a glimpse into how we made my chocolate cottage. As you can see, copious amounts of melted chocolate were used, and plenty of patience was required!

And just to prove that there were children involved along the way, here's Mia looking less than impressed when she found out that it was going to be a while before she could actually eat any of the delicious chocolate!
