The Great Twinkl Kindness Week

If you read my blog regularly, you'll know that I'm a big fan of Twinkl resources. Twinkl provide printable educational resources for schools and parents to download and they have resources themed around just about anything that you can imagine. Some of the resources are free and some are available to subscribers, with packages starting at just £2.50 per month.

This year, Twinkl has set out a vision for encouraging kindness in 2017 with the launch of The Great Twinkl Kindness Week, taking place from 6-10th February. Teachers and children will be encouraged to carry out kind acts and to teach children about the value of human kindness for everyone. To support this Twinkl have produced a range of resources, including display materials for the classroom, games and activities, kindness prompts and rewards. Schools that take part will be able to download a Kindness Seal to use on their website and printed materials.

Following the Great Twinkl Kindness Week, Twinkl will be releasing a Staff Well-Being Award aimed at school senior leaders who wish to make their schools a healthier place for staff. Schools achieving the award will receive a badge to use on their school website and printed materials, as well as the chance to receive a preferential rate on their Twinkl Premium for Schools package.

As part of the Great Twinkl Kindness Week I have a giveaway on the blog today - a 12 month Platinum Plus subscription for one of my readers! This will give you full access to the Twinkl website and all their fantastic resources for a whole year.

It's really easy to enter via the Rafflecopter form below, and the only mandatory entry is to leave a comment on this blog post stating your 'kindness pledge' - what could you do during kindness week to be extra kind to your family members or colleagues?

If you are commenting as Anonymous, please leave your full name in the comment so that I can moderate entries. Please also see full Terms and Conditions below.
